A leader in Training (LIT) is a two-week program available to 15 and 16 year olds who are genuinely interested in developing leadership skills. There is virtually no classroom style work - everything happens through experiential training. Our goal is to foster the ideas and skills teens need to responsibly lead their peers. You never knew two weeks of fun could teach you so much!
